Hague Group Celebrates Commitment to Real Living Wage

Hague Group has officially received accreditation as a Living Wage Employer. The Living Wage commitment will see everyone working at Hague receive a minimum hourly wage of £12, significantly higher than the government minimum for over 23’s, which currently stands at £11.44 per hour.

By joining the growing movement of businesses that prioritise fair compensation, Hague is taking significant steps towards fostering a more equitable workplace and community. We believe that our employees are our greatest asset, and this accreditation is a testament to our dedication to their well-being.

About the Living Wage

The real Living Wage is the only rate calculated according to what people need to make ends meet. It provides a voluntary benchmark for employers that choose to take a stand by ensuring their staff earn a wage that meets the costs and pressures they face in their everyday lives. The real Living Wage differs from the Government National Living Wage, where the Government rate is only based on median earnings across the UK.
