PSL Print Management Achieves Milestone Transition to ISO 27001:2022

PSL Print Management Achieves Milestone Transition to ISO 27001:2022

PSL Print Management, part of the Hague Group and a leading player in the print management industry, proudly announces its successful transition to the ISO 27001:2022 standard, making them one of the early adopters  at Alcumus ISOQAR. The accomplishment reflects PSL’s commitment to staying at the forefront of information security practices.

Sue Parkinson, Compliance Manager, and Thomas Moss, IT Manager, outline the strategic significance of being among the first UK organisations to upgrade to the ISO 27001:2022 standard. They emphasise the alignment of this transition with PSL’s overarching dedication to maintaining the highest standards, as evidenced by their possession of five ISO certifications.

The preperation for the ISO 27001:2022 audit was conducted in-house, with Sue and Thomas leveraging Alcumus training courses. Additionally, they performed a comprehensive gap analysis, using the statement of Applicability and ISO 27002:2022 to identify areas requiring additional measures.

Sue advises other organisations to consider an earlier transition for a clearer framework and the opportunity for continual improvement. Thomas recommends utilising ISO 27002:2022 for detailed insights into meeting specific requirements.
