Salary: £21-£22.5k
This role is full time (35 hours) and the working week finishes at 1:30pm on a Friday.

Venture Labels has a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join the team in Newcastle-Under-Lyme.

- You have already gained general office admin experience. If you can also offer sales admin experience then that would be a bonus.
- Proficient using Excel spreadsheets.
- Great at communicating, be that verbally or in writing.
- Numerate and pays attention to detail.
- Highly organised with good time management skills.
- Confident and demonstrates a superb ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Able to input data accurately.
- Able to multitask effectively and enjoys being busy.
- Great customer service skills and telephone manner.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Accurately processing incoming orders.
- Tracking orders through from production to completion, proactively liaising with suppliers to ensure jobs are completed to the deadline date.
- Updating your assigned team members of updates or changes on a timely basis.
- Acting as a point of contact for client queries.
- Updating and maintaining sales and client records.
Work days and hours:
35 hours/week as follows:
Monday-Thursday: 8:30am-5:00pm
Friday: 8:30am-1:30pm
